What follows are three simple tips to avoid holiday weight gain. These tips are very simple but here’s the trick: you must DO them. And…you must DO them always. Consistently. Which means, Every Time you eat or drink anything whatsoever.

Stay tuned after these 3 tips for more on exactly WHY it is such a problem for you to DO what you already know how to do. This (the fact that you don’t consistently DO what you already know how to do) is what really needs to change if you are serious about achieving permanent weight loss and maintenance now, so that you can finally stop fearing holiday weight gain.

1) Eat only when physically hungry. Yes, it’s true! The human body only needs more fuel when it is running on empty. Feed the body when it’s full and you’re essentially hoarding boxes in the fat storage rooms of your body.

2) Stop eating when physically full. It’s a wise thing to only feed your body when it is physically hungry however if you keep feeding it when it’s already full, you’re doing the same thing as eating when full. Full is full. The body doesn’t need the fuel.

3) Drink clean, pure water as your main beverage. Ditch the sodas, alcohol, 1000 calorie coffee drinks and more. Stick to clean, pure water. What does this mean? Bottled water that has added “vitamins”, sugar, and other “ingredients” is not clean water. Clean water is plain water.

It’s recommended to drink at least 100 oz. of water per day. Yes, that’s a lot of water, but what you do you want? What exactly are the results you wish to achieve in your life and in your body?

OK, now here’s the straight talk: Are these 3 Simple Tips to Avoid Holiday Weight Gain anything new to you?
