OK, so what does this have to do with “Fat” being a Four Letter Word?

Well in my mind fat is not a four letter word, but I do know the secret about this topic (more on that below!).

What’s interesting is that I’ve come across those who take great offense at the little word “Fat”. I’ll break it down for you exactly where that pain is coming, which is actually a very interesting “mass case study” of those who create resistance in themselves to the word “fat”.

Is Fat a Four Letter Word?

Fat on the body is simply fat.

Dictionary.com – Fat: noun – Any of several white or yellowish greasy substances, forming the chief part of adipose tissue of animals and also occurring in plants, that when pure are colorless, odorless, and tasteless and are either solid or liquid esters of glycerol with fatty acids; fats are insoluble in water or cold alcohol but soluble in ether, chloroform, or benzene: used in the manufacture of soap, paints, and other protective coatings and in cooking.

When I am coaching my clients through my step-by-step proven system to release their F.A.T., their goal is to release the excess physical fat from their body without struggle.

Working with me, they understand that their physical fat is only a symptom of a deeper, Inner problem. And while the core problem is different for each person (why it’s essential you invest in YOU to have a professional coach help you get unstuck from your inner blind spots), at its Root is FEAR.

F.A.T. = Fear Attracting Thoughts

The bottom line always is, you are continually taking action out of one of two core spaces: the space of Love, or the space of Fear.

I help my clients release their inner fat, their F.A.T. (Fear Attracting Thoughts) so that they can release their excess outer, physical fat without struggle. This is the path to exciting, permanent weight loss! Permanent weight release. Permanent weight maintenance. Yeah!

However there are those who have different definitions of “FAT” and as soon as they read or hear my brand, Stop Hiding Behind The Fat™ they balk because of the word “fat”. They take offense as if FAT is a four letter word.

And here’s why: They Identify with the word Fat. Meaning that they have taken on a very heavy, painful identify of “I Am Fat”.

There is a massive difference between one who identifies as Being Fat and one who sees the excess fat as just that: excess physical fat, which is stored on the body. Excess physical fat that can be released without struggle one you have a pro help you specifically to get to The Root of the issue, heal it, and release it.

Do that step First with a step-by-step proven system (which is what I coach my clients through) and then it’s easy to consistently do the healthy things you already know how to do! Those things that encompass living a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Let’s face it: you don’t need any more diet and nutrition advice, do you. You could teach a class on it you know so much already! The Problem is that you aren’t DOING it. You cannot stay consistent. You can lose some weight, but it always comes back….

Release Your Inner Fat (F.A.T.) to Release Your Outer Fat…Permanently

As long as you have the inner fat (Your F.A.T. – Fear Attracting Thoughts) then you will continue to hang on to the outer fat. Consciously or unconsciously.

Does that make FAT a four letter word? Or is what this is REALLY about is Getting Real with yourself in a very bold, loving way to look at the Results you are getting in your life and body?

Go look in the mirror. Ask yourself: “Do I like the Results I am living?” If the answer is YES, then keep on doing what you’ve been doing. If the answer is a resounding “NO!” then you’ve got to do something different.
